About
With 25 years teaching experience, Assistant Professor and First Year Experience/ Student Success librarian at Eastern Illinois University works to onboard and support new students to all library services through culturally responsive information literacy instruction and engaging events that allow for community building. Partnerships and collaborations with multiple campus departments are key to her work. Her research interests include first generation students and academic library support, active learning and teaching within academic library instruction and visualization methods for research support.
